Fill web forms automatically with the data from your spreadsheet
Copying cell by cell from a spreadsheet into a form is slow and easy to get wrong. Work Less fills in the form for you: it takes each row of your file, types each value into its field, saves and moves on to the next one.

Examples of what you can automate
- Register a list of customers, students or patients from a spreadsheet in a portal.
- Enter invoices, expenses or orders into the accounting system or ERP.
- Fill out requests in supplier or insurance portals.
- Choose options from dropdowns, tick checkboxes and attach a different file per row.
How your spreadsheet is connected
You upload the file (Excel or CSV) or paste the Google Sheets link. While recording, when you type a value that is in your table, the app recognizes it and replaces it with the column, for example {{Name}}. When it repeats, each row uses its own data.
Dates that calculate themselves
If a field asks for “today minus 7 days” or “the last day of last month”, use a formula like in Excel ({{=TODAY()-7}}) and it's calculated every time it runs, even in fields with a date picker.
How it works
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with Google Sheets?
Yes. Paste the sheet's link and each row is used for one repetition. You can also choose only some rows.
Can it attach files?
Yes, with the “Upload file” step. You can use a different file per row with its name in a column, or upload the one downloaded in an earlier step.
What if the form has dropdowns or checkboxes?
Those too: it chooses dropdown options, ticks checkboxes and presses keys like Enter or Tab, just like you would.
