Does it work with desktop SAP GUI?

The extension works with SAP in the browser. For desktop programs there's the Plus plan, which controls the mouse and keyboard on Windows.

Do I need special permissions in SAP?

No: the app does the same thing you would do with your user, in your own Chrome.

How do I know which documents were created?

With “Copy a value” you save the number SAP shows at the end and it ends up in your results spreadsheet.
