Work Less repeats your Chrome work for you
Teach the app what to do
Press Record and do the work once in Chrome.
The app notes every click and what you type.
Why connect an Excel file or Google Sheet? optional
If you have a list (customers, orders, invoices…), the app does all the steps once for each row, using that row's values. Example: a sheet with 50 customers = the task runs 50 times, each time with that customer's name, email or number.
- Choose your file, paste a list copied from Excel or paste your sheet's link (the first row must have the column names).
- When recording or editing a step, instead of typing fixed text use the column's button (e.g. name): each run uses that row's value.
- In «3 · Run» you choose whether to run all rows or only the ones you check in the table.
No list? Choose «No data»: the task runs once, or as many times as you choose.

To read the sheet, the app tries in order: your credentials.json file (see Settings) → the sheet shared as «Anyone with the link» → your Google session in the app's Chrome.
3 Review your table
Tap a column name to use it or not. The task runs once for each checked row.
