Record what you do in Chrome and replay it like a macro
Work Less is a Chrome extension that records your actions (clicks, text, dropdowns, tabs, downloads) and turns them into steps you can replay, edit and combine with the data from your spreadsheet.
No coding · Works in your own Chrome · Creating tasks is free
Examples of what you can automate
- Replay a process across several screens, including tabs and windows that open.
- Download a file in one step and upload it to another site in the next.
- Wait for the page to load or for an element to appear before continuing.
- Repeat the same task N times even if you don't have a spreadsheet.
More than a macro
Besides recording, you can add conditions (“if this message appears…”), loops, waits, date formulas and steps that copy data. All in a list of steps in plain English that you can reorder.
When something changes
If a button moved, the run stops and you can pick it again on the page, edit the step and continue.
