Which tasks are worth automating?

The ones you repeat the same way many times: same clicks, same fields, only the data changes. If you can describe it as “for each row of the spreadsheet, go here, type this and save”, it can be automated.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You do the task once in Chrome while it records and the app creates the steps. If something changes, you edit the step in a plain-English list.

Does it work with my company's system?

If the system opens in Chrome, yes: it works with web systems, portals and apps like SAP Fiori. With the Plus plan you can also automate Windows programs.

What if something fails halfway?

The run stops at that step and asks you: retry, skip it, edit it or continue with the next row. At the end you see which rows went fine.
